Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Free delivery to both Dubai and Abu Dhabi on Santa María, Santino, and La Poderosa.

How long does delivery take?

We schedule deliveries by slot rather than guaranteeing next day delivery. Most deliveries happen on weekends, with weekday delivery available when possible. Once you place your order, we will contact you to confirm your delivery slot.

Made to order items take 20 to 25 working days to produce before delivery.

Are the grills made in the UAE?

Yes. All DD Grills products are designed and fabricated in the UAE.

Is every grill exactly the same?

No two are identical, and that's by design. Every grill is handcrafted individually in our UAE workshop rather than mass produced on an assembly line. Small variations in finish, weld lines, and exact measurements are part of real craftsmanship, not a flaw.

Can I customize a grill?

Yes. We take on a limited number of custom built-in projects and can discuss modifications to standard models. Custom projects are quoted individually. Reach out on WhatsApp with your dimensions and ideas.

What fuel do the grills use?

All our grills are designed for wood and charcoal. We don't make gas or electric grills.

Will the grill rust?

Our grills are made from carbon steel, which can develop surface rust if left exposed to moisture. A quick brush and light oiling keeps them in great shape. For permanent outdoor built-ins, we recommend stainless steel, and we're also building a full stainless steel Santa María for anyone who wants zero maintenance long term.

Can I see the grill before buying?

We don't have a showroom. We're happy to send photos or video of any grill before you order, and every purchase is backed by direct support if you have questions afterward.

What's included with my grill?

Santa María, Santino, and San Martín all include a soft protective cover, a fire poker, and a shovel at no extra cost. La Poderosa doesn't include this bundle, but an optional cotton tote bag is available for AED 50.
