Do you offer cash on delivery?

For La Poderosa, delivery is handled by courier so payment is made in advance via payment link or bank transfer. For our freestanding grills delivered by our own team in Dubai, cash on delivery is available. Just let us know on WhatsApp when you order.

Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi?

Yes. La Poderosa includes free delivery to Abu Dhabi. For larger freestanding grills, an additional AED 150 applies.

How long does delivery take?

La Poderosa is usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Freestanding grills like the Santa María and Santino are coordinated directly with you after purchase. Custom and made-to-order grills have a production time of 7–10 working days before delivery.

Are the grills made in the UAE?

Yes. All DD Grills products are designed and fabricated in the UAE.

Can I customize a grill?

Yes. We offer fully custom built-in grills and can discuss modifications to standard models. Custom projects are quoted individually. Reach out on WhatsApp with your dimensions and ideas.

What fuel do the grills use?

All our grills are designed for wood and charcoal. We don't make gas or electric grills.

Will the grill rust?

Our grills are made from carbon steel, which can develop surface rust if left exposed to moisture. A quick brush and light oiling keeps them in great shape. For permanent outdoor built-ins, we recommend stainless steel.

Can I see the grill before buying?

We don't have a showroom, but for the Santa María and Santino we can arrange a viewing by appointment. Get in touch on WhatsApp to set something up.
