Ordering Santa María, Santino, or La Poderosa
These are in-stock, standard products. Order directly on the site, pay by Tamara, card, or bank transfer, and your grill ships within 2 to 5 business days with free delivery to Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Ordering San Martín or a custom built-in
- Get in touch on WhatsApp with your idea, space, or measurements.
- We confirm feasibility, scope, and price before anything starts.
- A 50% deposit begins production.
- For built-ins specifically, your contractor installs the refractory bricks first, then we visit for final on-site measurements.
- Fabrication takes 10 to 15 working days.
- We deliver and install, with the balance due on completion.
Because these are built to your exact space, final fabricated dimensions such as grate size and assembly fit may differ by a few cm from quoted specifications due to on-site measurement and fabrication tolerances.
After you order
Everything is designed and fabricated in our UAE workshop. We don't have a showroom, but we're happy to send photos or video of your unit, and every grill is backed by direct support on WhatsApp if you have questions after delivery.
