At DD Grills, we deliver across the United Arab Emirates. All shipping terms are clearly stated before purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) may qualify for next-day delivery within major UAE cities, subject to availability.

We deliver to all Emirates within the UAE.
Delivery times for remote areas may vary slightly.

Portable Grills (La Poderosa): 1–3 business days

Santa María / San Martín Grills: Delivery timeframe confirmed upon order (typically 2–5 business days depending on stock)

Custom-built grills: Production time is 5–7 working days, followed by delivery scheduling.

Free delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

All shipping costs (if applicable in the future) will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

There are no hidden charges after checkout.
