San Martín – Circular Argentinian Grill
The San Martín is a circular Argentinian-style grill built for serious live-fire cooking. Inspired by the traditional asado culture of Argentina, it's designed for long sessions, big gatherings, and real wood or charcoal cooking — not just grilling, but a full communal cooking experience.
With a 1-meter diameter cooking surface, it gives you multiple cooking zones to work with at once. Move food closer to the centre for high heat or out toward the edges to slow things down — the circular layout gives you natural heat control without any extra mechanisms.
The San Martín comes complete and ready to cook. The flat iron plancha sits alongside the grill grate, giving you two cooking surfaces in one setup. The T-Cross Asador is included as standard, letting you slow cook whole lamb, rib racks, or large cuts directly over the flame. Dome-style support arms come fitted and can be removed using butterfly screws for storage or transport.
Built from heavy-duty carbon steel and finished with high-heat paint, it's made for outdoor use and regular cooking sessions.
