The Santino is DD Grills' entry into serious live-fire cooking — a mid-size Argentinian-style grill built for gardens, terraces, and outdoor spaces across the UAE.

Designed for those who want the real wood and charcoal experience without the full footprint of the Santa María, the Santino delivers authentic live-fire results in a more compact, accessible package. Same philosophy. Same UAE fabrication. Smaller commitment.

How it works

The Santino uses an offset firebox design — the fire burns to the side of the cooking area, not directly underneath it. This gives you indirect heat control, longer cooking times, and the ability to manage your fire without disturbing what's on the grate. Load wood or charcoal into the firebox, let the embers develop, then rake them under the grill when you're ready to cook.

The base is lined with refractory bricks — the same heat-resistant bricks used in professional pizza ovens and traditional Argentinian asado setups. They retain heat, protect the steel base, and keep your cooking temperature stable even as you manage the fire.
